Private Prenatal Education Sessions with Jess

These sessions are designed for expecting mothers and birth partners who would like to deepen their child birthing knowledge and build confidence on their journey into parenthood.

These individuals may also be interested in having a doula support them throughout their birthing experience, and would like more information on what a doula offers. With a one on one, customized session the intention is to dive deep into the subjects around labour, delivery, postpartum, and life with a newborn. These topics include but are not limited to stages of labour, medical and natural pain relief, breastfeeding support/hurdles, cesarean delivery, the partner’s role, etc. Within each selected subject, material will be covered using a variety of teaching aids, always leaving plenty of room for questions and discussion. The beauty of this learning environment is not only that the learning experience is live and interactive, but also that it is private, offering space for more comfort and vulnerability.

Prenatal Yoga Consultation & Private Classes
Designed for expecting mothers who would like one-on-one yoga consultation, instruction and support on how to create and maintain a trimester-specific yoga practice in preparation for the physical, mental and emotional demands of labour, birth and motherhood.

Private Pre or Postnatal Group Classes
Gather your group of momma’s and let’s yoga!  These intentional classes are built around trimester-specific postures, breath techniques and preparation for labour, birth and motherhood.  Postnatal classes are designed with healing and recuperation in mind, physically, mentally and emotionally through this new landscape of motherhood.
