offers engaging clinical counselling services for children 5-12 years, youth, and adults.

Yoga Bio
Kerry is a Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT-800 hours) with over 17 years experience
teaching yoga and providing yoga therapy services. Kerry teaches from a trauma-
informed, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to her classes. Kerry incorporates a
range of Yoga Therapy techniques including Somatics, Joint-Freeing Series, meditation,
guided breathwork, relaxation/yoga nidra, self-massage, restorative yoga, progressive
muscle relaxation, and yoga postures with a focus on intentional sequencing and
nervous system regulation. Kerry’s classes are all levels with modifications provided for
yoga therapy movements and techniques. Kerry strives to make her classes accessible,
supportive, and inclusive where each student leaves feeling better than when they came
in. Kerry is a member of PainBC.
