Hello, my name is Kat, and I am thrilled to be teaching Beginner’s Mind Yoga this Fall. I am truly inspired by the brain’s ability to heal and find new pathways given the right environment. I also facilitate women’s circles here at Madhu, driven by a desire to bring amazing people together because I know that we all have something very special to offer one another. I completed my 200 hour YTT in 2019, shortly after the birth of my oldest daughter. Becoming a mother and a yoga teacher have been utterly transformative. As well as teaching yoga, I also serve as the Wellness Coordinator at Madhu Collective, a Sacred Facilitator for EarthSong Temple, and a Postpartum Care Provider here in Rossland, BC.
